We have the state of the art searching and matching capabilities and we still offer that feature. The users upload their past completed RFPs in question and response pair and are stored as a repository. General documents that were not in the form of question and answers were not allowed to be used as the base. Like every other player, we had challenges in fetching responses for multi-part questions, language nuances and non-exact questions.
With the introduction of OpenAI we realized the potential of Large Language Models in fetching the responses from any type of document and generate human like responses for a given query.
We undestand that some organization has no-OpenAI policy, as some of their users have uploaded sensitive contents such as meeting notes and production codes into ChatGPT (public offering).
